Beef Stir Fry

Make this delicious stir fry in a snap for the first stop on our trip around the world.

Ingredients:

· Culinary Tours Kung Pao Sauce

· Beef Sirloin Bits (you can swap this for other meats or plant-based protein)

· Brocolli

· White or Brown Rice

· Carrots

· Yellow Onion

· Green Onion (scallions)

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium to high heat with oil. Add beef in and start to cook.

2. Meanwhile, heat up a pot of water to cook rice (or start rice cooker).

3. Chop vegetables into bite-size pieces and mix in with beef. Top with desired amount of Culinary Tours Kung Pao sauce and cook thoroughly, about 5-10 minutes.

4. Let mixture cool and continue to marinate while you prep your rice in a bowl as a base for your stir fry.

5. Add in your stir fry meal and top with scallions for added flavor and color.

6. Serve and enjoy your quick and easy, delicious meal!

Lasagna

Everyone loves a good classic Italian meal. This lasagna is easy and delicious, making the perfect second stop on our world trip.

Ingredients

· 1 lb. cooked ground beef, drained (can add 1 tsp. Italian seasonings)

· 1 - 29 oz. can Food Club tomato sauce

· 1 - 16 oz. carton of Food Club cottage cheese

· 1 egg

· 3 cups Food Club shredded mozzarella cheese

· 9 wide Food Club lasagna noodles, cooked

Instructions:

1. Mix ground beef and tomato sauce together in a bowl.

2. Stir egg into cottage cheese in small bowl.

3. Place 3 noodles in the bottom of a 9x13” dish.

4. Spread a 1/3 of the meat sauce on the noodles,

5. Spread a 1/3 of the cottage cheese on the meat sauce,

6. Top cottage cheese with 1/3 of mozzarella cheese.

7. Repeat layering process two more times.

8. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese starts to golden.

Tikka Masala

Try this Indian-inspired chicken tikka masala with the ease of Culinary Tours tikka masala sauce for our next stop around the world.

Ingredients:

· 2 chicken breasts, sliced

· 2 cups jasmine rice

· 1 can Culinary Tours Tikka Masala sauce

Instructions:

1. Heat skillet with 1 tbs. oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until cooked through.

2. While the chicken is cooking, follow the instructions on the packaging to perfectly cook the jasmine rice.

3. Once the chicken has cooked through, add Culinary Tours Tikka Masala sauce into the skillet, mix, and serve over jasmine rice.

4. You can also eat this dish with naan bread or stir in some coconut milk for extra sweetness!

Greek Salad

Try this flavorful Greek salad as part of the next stop of our culinary trip around the world.

Ingredients

· 12 cups chopped romaine lettuce

· 1 lb Campari tomatoes, quartered

· 1 medium green pepper, cut into thin strips

· 2 Persian cucumbers, sliced

· 1 cup pitted kalamata olives

· 2/3 cup red onion slivers

· 1 (8oz) chunk Culinary Tours Feta Cheese, cubed

· 1 can Food Club chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

· 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

· 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

· 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

· 1-1/2 teaspoon oregano

· 1/4 teaspoon pepper

· 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

1. Line a large salad bowl with romaine lettuce. Arrange tomatoes, green pepper, cucumbers, olives and red onion over lettuce. Top with feta cheese.

2. Combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, pepper and garlic powder in a shaker bottle or small bowl; shake or whisk until blended. Drizzle dressing over salad. 8 servings

Steak Street Tacos

Our final stop on the tour takes us to Mexico with delicious carne asada street tacos.

Ingredients:

· Culinary Tours Street Taco Sauce

· Taco Shells

· Steak (substitute with chicken, pork, or mushrooms for a vegetarian version)

· Tomatoes

· Corn

· Avocado

· Red Onion

· Mushrooms

· Cilantro

· Sour Cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and place taco shells on a baking sheet as you wait for it to warm. Heat a skillet over medium to high heat with some olive oil and add sliced chicken.
  2. While steak is cooking, slice your additional taco ingredients. Dice tomato, avocado, red onion, mushrooms, etc. to your liking. Add in your sliced ingredients and mix until cooked (if you prefer them raw, you can add them as is).
  3. Add in your choice of Culinary Tours street taco sauce and cook steak/ingredients to marinate in the flavor. Make sure your meat is cooked through before removing from heat.
  4. Put your taco shells in the oven and bake until they are crisp and browned (around 5-10 minutes).
  5. Fill your taco shells with all the taco fixings, and top with fresh cilantro and a drizzle of sour cream. Mix in the taco sauce with sour cream for a topping as well. Elevate the flavor to your liking.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
