Chicken Pot Pie

Individualize this classic meal with these single-serve Chicken Pot Pies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. puff pastry
  • 1 can chicken, drained
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees and grease ramekins.
  2. Unroll puff pastries and cut into a circle the size of your ramekins.
  3. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  4. Divide mixture into ramekins and top with puff pastry circles.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
